What is the best Healthy Diet To Treat and Get Rid Of Type 2 Diabetes

Type 2 diabetes is treated with a combination of healthy meal planning, physical activity, medications, and perhaps insulin. The easiest and best way is to just start to eat more vegetables and take out all the white stuff, know as simple carbohydrates.  Why? It’s because sugar is what is killing us! Just doing this alone can make a significant difference to get rid of Type 2 Diabetes by lowering your blood sugar.
Here are just a few of the reasons that sugar is killing you:
  • Refined sugar also causes extreme fluctuations in your blood sugar, and excess blood sugar causes Glycation inside your body, which accelerates the rate of aging of your organs, skin, arteries, and joints.
  • Sugar is also responsible for raising the triglycerides to dangerous levels, which can lead you to heart disease.
  • In addition, eating sugar with type 2 diabetes will eventually wear out your pancreas and insulin sensitivity.
  • One of the worse reasons why sugar will kill you, sugar also slows down your white blood cells, making infection more likely, and even allowing CANCER cells a better chance to form in your body.
Well you already know that sugar makes you fat, and gives you excess calories without any beneficial nutrients whatsoever.Remember that damage sugar does to our body, we're NOT talking about tiny amounts such as having 5 grams of sugar from a teaspoon of agave or coconut sugar  in your coffee in small amounts are not a problem.
The REAL culprit is when you have that soft drink with 45 grams of sugar or donut and ingest 40-50 grams of sugar in one sitting, or more. What about that smoothie someone told you was so-called "healthy" at the local yogurt shop and you ended up having 80 grams of sugar because of added  fruit syrup they use in them.
Many people, when they’re first diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, are overweight, so making healthy lifestyle changes like consuming less calories and portion sizes and moving the body more can help them get to a healthier weight. Healthy meal planning changes and exercise are the main lifestyle changes we can all do to avoid or get rid of type 2 diabetes. This will help people lose weight, which in turn can help their bodies use insulin much better.  
As for getting your body to move more, we offer tips on how to get started on a moderate exercise plan. We will get you started on the types of exercise are good for you specifically depending on your limitations and how far the type 2 diabetes has progressed. 
Some people who has a moderate to poor level of type 2 diabetes do have to take insulin. They do not have to settle for the medication forever. In many cases individuals just need to get on a solid weight loss system along with a dependable and caring supportive team of people in their circle of life. Once they start to feel better they can do follow-up visits so the doctor can test their blood sugar levels and other systems that one may have experienced.
