10 things to ask God for in faith to Stop sugar cravings

1. This is how I stop sugar cravings. I start by asking God for Strength to Eliminate all processed snacks
such as chips, pretzels, cookies and crackers. Then I start removing
the stumbling blocks that make me trip and fall.
2. Ask God for willingness to commit to keep regular mealtimes
to stop sugar cravings naturally. Regular meal times create structure
in your everyday schedule and stop you from craving
and overeating that is out of control.
3. Cleansing by drinking 1 tsp apple cider vinegar in
spring water followed by 8 oz plain water.
Ask God to cleanse your body, soul and mind.
Stop sugar cravings naturally with cleansing in the morning or after dinner.
4. You need good satisfying food to stop sugar cravings. One way I get more nutrition is by eating an apple before lunch & dinner

I have made it a habit to drink sleepy time tea to make sure
i get a good night's rest. When you wake up you are sure
to feel refreshed and replenished. The greater your rest the more
joy and energy you will have for the day!
7. Ask God to grow thankful for having
wholesome snacks he created that is available to stop sugar cravings.
Did you know eating a handful of raw nuts and berries will conquer
those cravings because they are high in fiber and low in the glycemic index.

8. Ask God To help you select TOP foods that stop sugar cravings.
I like keeping slices of lemon close by in a baggy
for adding to spring water when I am away from home.
STAY ONE STEP AHEAD!

I wrote this daily devotional for today's Christian women who are in need
of strength to stay on the path to eating healthy. We will focus on the
word "ALERT" in seeking scripture to see what God is telling us in

We learn how important it is in the Bible to stay alert by staying in contact with God by our willingness to invite the Holy Spirit. First and foremost we need to make the decision to have the willingness to practice daily self-examination by thinking about what we are thinking. We need to feel that God cares about what we are feeling. We need to come to terms with our poor eating habits and the effects it has on our mood, our health and our faith, so don't feel funny about talking to God about your hidden (special treats). Here's why.
PRAYER IS SO DEEPLY NEEDED! When we begin to think and pray about our eating habits we discovered mindsets that cause us to fall into repeated traps.This is the POWER of the Holy Spirit doing a work in us, revealing and enabling us to be more sensitive about our needs of our eating habits. As a result we discover the mindsets that cause us to fall into repeated traps. (the CRAZY & CRIPPLING diet roller coaster) The good news is that there is POWER in prayer. God will give you the power and perspective needed to conquer damaging behaviors.
I called these mindsets "negative mindsets." Some of these mindsets might be mindsets of minimizing a problem or the idea of putting off a problem for a while also known as procrastination. Are you eating because your board and it taste good which brings you comfort?
We might fall into a trap of thinking it’s OK to go off and eat junk food while ignoring the fact of the roller coaster ride of blood sugar highs and lows will and can turn into a much bigger problem. Many of us become addicted to chips, chocolate and french fries with lots of ketchup and then we have brain fog and that affects our moods making us mentally tired. This is where the FUN about eating stops.

Let's begin by reading 2 Corinthians 13:5
Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you—unless, of course, you fail the test.
I believe we are being asked to look at our faith meaning to take responsibility for our own selves and actions by asking ourselves if we are trying our best to do what is right in the eyes of God. So my question is;
So let’s bring our needs before the Lord and begin to learn, grow and change. And may you find yourself consumed with the Holy Spirit and the blessings of God. He will take you to places you never knew possible. Continue to ask God for strength in your mind and strength for your faith and HIS JOY will carry you one step closer!
