6) This is a great bible verse that tells us we don't have to stay there. I remember feeling sooo tired and just wanting to give up on weight loss. It was easier to start blaming it on others for bringing the food near me that I knew would stop me from reaching my goals and whatever I found I could blame my binges on. Then later I would feel guilty and depressed. That negative mindset is a TRAP! This trap is what is referred to as a STRONG HOLD. This scripture tells us that God has give us POWER, LOVE and a sound mind. This is a PROMISE.
2 Timothy 1:7 7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
7) You don't want to think "DIET" again! You don't want to STARE AT that scale for the rest of your life. What you really want is to transform your entire soul! That means your mind, your will and your emotions. Stop going on the internet to find that perfect diet to lose weight fast so you can look good this summer. Instead, be trained up in your mind and when your MINDSET changes than everything else with fall into place. Success is to live with food in TOTAL peace. The pattern of the world is this! Go get a coffee, maybe a donut with friends. Go to a restaurant and eat the bread and hit the gym and do double time to work off the calories. Sound familiar?
Romans 12:2 — "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will."

Here's a little of my experience: After realizing that I needed more of God and less of me, as I was trying to take things into my own hands I created an action plan that changed my life forever. So I decided to create and stick to daily routines to change my thinking and grow in faith. I got rid of junk food and the next year NO MORE CRAVINGS because of God’s presence in my life. This is exactly how i applied bible verses to my life for weight loss success and how I stay motivated to keep it off by reading and writing the scriptures to remind me of what Gods word is teaching me.
When decided I lived to glorify God way back in the day... when I was actively training (in the early 90's) i found that I went from having ZERO determination to 100% peace with food and my love for eating healthy gave me total contentment. Later I became one of the TOP fitness trainers in the state of Massachusetts and Rhode Island because of my students loved my passion to motivate them and hear of my faith. Each class I would close with the positive thoughts and inspiring messages that I felt God was filling me with daily and they couldn’t wait to come back!
People told me how much I helped them change their mindset and loved it.
Back in the day, It was typical for me start new fitness jobs at a gym with classes as small as 3-5 people. I loved the opportunity to be innovative creating classes that grew to 45+ people and max out the room to full capacity. I saw how I was able to influence people who hated to exercise and they would keep coming back! My passion is motivating people who want to lose weight and eat healthy.
You see as time went on and my students felt deeply connected to me, It wasn’t WHAT I taught them but it was my approach to How I taught them that made a HUGE IMPACT on their life. We are going to focus on is the bread of life the real powerful and life-giving food! That's right, so we're going to learn how to apply the power of our faith to regain our self confidence and think positively of the person God created you to be.
How many times have you and I tried and failed at getting back on a diet trying to lose weight but then sooner or later for some reason everything gets messed up and we derail only to find myself stuck again and again. There is hope and there is a better way because the good news is, that we can all change. First of all we need to understand what is the underlying problem. I am here to encourage you to begin by giving your heart and mind to christ and be willing to change. Change how? What do I mean by that?
What do I mean by willing to change? I mean willing to take on a new approach because as you know, you and I have been going on diets for years and they work but sooner or later we find ourselves failing yet again. What we need to do, is admit that they don’t last and then look at the REAL reasons why we lost control. Our first step is the willingness for self-examination and then put an action plan in place to we can learn from. This is how we begin to take on the responsibility of taking care of our health and wanting to find inner happiness and peace with food.
I’m excited to share that I'm here to train you to train your brain to think positive so that you will want to stay on that track especially when times are getting rough. Some of you have taken some of my courses, you hear me mention the word strongholds. I thought it'd be a great idea to at least start by going over this topic and teach you the difference between a shortcoming and a stronghold. I first want to begin by sharing with you that a stronghold is something that develops over time and the thoughts hold us bound. It's almost like walls of a prison start to build around us as we feel locked inside negative thinking patterns.
Did you read my book, Fixing My Fattening Life? Well if you decide you are interested you'll notice that the second and the third chapters are entitled, Why Success Begins in How We Think and the third chapter is entitled, Develop Healthy Routines For Your Lifestyle. Right here I’m upfront explaining something critical about the power of thoughts and how to practice (exercising) training your brain so that you don't find yourself looking for old ways of losing weight only to find yourself messing up the "old way" again and again. The more we mess up the more we rob ourselves of gaining our self-confidence. Repeated failure is proof that we cannot do it on our own and I don’t believe you want to stay stuck and in discouragement, right?
So a stronghold is something that develops over time where we actually put ourselves in a prison because of negative thinking patterns. That prison makes us believe that we can only lose weight for so long or that we can ONLY do so much or go so far. We feel like we are NOT capable of doing anything beyond a certain limit. We place the limits on ourselves because of lies of the enemy. Satan has a way of convincing us that there is an easier and more comfortable way out of our struggles. We find convincing thoughts running through our brain like (examples) "I never weighed less than ______lbs and so I think this is the way I am made." "I only eat a tiny bit and i gained 10lbs just by eating it _____and only on_____and so I don't get it. We are lead to believe something that keeps us falling short.
We need to learn how to realize the truth of these thoughts and then bring them into captivity before we let our thoughts and imaginations run away with us. Our thoughts tell us that we desire to be comfortable, we don’t like to struggle and so we get stuck in our old ways and our old habits, we thought we gonna makes us comfortable. Truth is, something needs to come along and break this negative thinking pattern so we can breakfree from those awful self-induced prison walls.

For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds. We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ, being ready to punish every disobedience, when your obedience is complete"
(2 Corinthians 10:4-6).
Ok so, a shortcoming is a stumbling block. We walk about in our everyday life not really seeing a clear path to follow. So we need God’s guidance to help us see what is clearly right and what is clearly wrong. Sadly when we let our emotions guide us we are choosing to walk in darkness. With the help of the bible, God’s word will show you what is truth, and by beholding the word you can trust that the bible is shining the light upon your feet so will not want to walk into (temptation) stumbling blocks. You will feel safe, content and strengthen to walk your weight loss journey empowered by the Holy Spirit.

In Conquer Cravings for Christians I teach you how God's ways and God's light will actually expose those dark areas in your mind and will bring to your mind His truth. The negative thinking patterns are ONLY lies of the enemy.
If you have not heard my testimony, I was I was actually born a 12 lb baby and by the age of 11 to 12 years old I grow to weigh 180lbs. For three years i suffered brutal and constant ridiculed of being called names and all that name-calling made me believe that I was ugly and unwanted. As i grew older I fell into abusive relationships that lead to lots of insulting remarks. Those remarks left painful wounds and scars on my brain and as a result I lost my self-confidence. We have to train our brain stop thinking about what other people think, to stop thinking those negative thoughts and replace our mindset with positive thoughts. Satan is the fault finder. Satan wants to entice us and make us feel weak so that we are convinced that his weapon and our wanting an eating fix will make a difference.
I want to help you understand WHAT spiritual weapons to use and WHY you need to commit to using them daily until you feel your inner man, your inner thoughts about yourself change for the better. First it is critical that you take a in-depth look at what is really happening inside the brain on a scientific level. The way our brain is wired to think negative thoughts and how to rewire your brain to function efficiently providing the functionality your brain needs to get you strong and healthy.

Light in the darkness - a bible verse for weight loss motivation
In today's weight loss daily devotional we can reflect on where some of our troubles come from: sometimes from enemies and sometimes from ourselves. I may stumble and fall because I was just plain careless. It might be because someone gave me a good shove intentionally or be it without intention.
Somehow I ended up back in a mess, but God's strong arm is there to help me. When I find myself in darkness He will be my light.
You never promised my life would be easy but you promised me that you would always be there for me in good times and in bad. I know I can lean on you as you lead me into your marvelous light.

How to stop craving junk food with fasting and prayer
Fasting is a cleansing process for your spirit, soul, mind, and body all at the same time. Our bodies are constantly being threatened of poisons from food and the atmosphere. Our major organs such as the lungs, intestines, liver, bowels, and kidneys need a break. Fasting helps to provide greater health conditions as our bodies are going through a miraculous process everyday. When you fast, the body is free to do the thing it does best, which is to heal naturally from toxic chemicals.
If you find yourself craving sugar and junk food then fasting and prayer is a wonderful way to begin a new start to turn away from the frustration. The cleaner you become internally the more you will desire food the way God made it and the less you will have a taste for low-quality junk food. The same is true spiritually. The cleaner you become in your spirit, the less you are attracted to anything that is polluted, manipulated or has an unclean nature. With fasting there is cleansing power through the washing of the Holy Spirit.
Let’s think about this a minute. If any area of your life is controlled by anything other than God, it is out of control. It could be controlled by such things as self-pity, fear, frustration, shame, depression, overeating, under eating, self-indulgence, lust of the flesh, sugar cravings, or in reasoning as to why you eat it. It could be pride and feeling like you deserve to eat it even if you know it will eventually make you sick and the list could go on and on.
It’s easier to see where and how God is working when fasting with prayer. It becomes more natural to live, move, and perceive in the spiritual realm when we are actually living a spiritual lifestyle. Fasting is a time of growth and development, a time for more peace and a deeper relationship with the Lord. Lean on God more and be willing to learn of His goodness. Keep in mind that this is about denying our flesh of binge eating and our focus is all about faith and our relationship with God.
When we commit to fasting we commit to change to be more like Christ. If you need to make restitution, immediately contact people you have a broken relationship with. If there are habits that need to change, attitudes you struggle with, then make the adjustment immediately and ask God to help you be honest with yourself. Talk with a friend and ask them to support you along the journey of change and possibly provide accountability about your binge eating habits.
Fasting Brings Spiritual Clarity
Fasting humiliates our tendency to rely on the natural world and forces us to live from the spiritual. As a result, God’s voice becomes clearer. Fasting is a great way to gain clarity about our own character and the Holy Spirit will provide comfort and guidance. When you read the Word consider praying the scriptures and ask for more power. Learn to “feed” on the Scriptures (see Matthew 4:4) and gain real nourishment from the bible.
Try to keep your motivations away from weight loss, and know that your body is just a shell. (7 Do ye look on things after the outward appearance?) Instead focus on your heart and God’s heart. Humbly pray for God to cleanse your body, mind and soul. Practice positive thinking to change your mindset by reading quotes and do some self-examination your self-confidence. Your thoughts, your emotions need to change by wanting them to be in obedience of Christ. Otherwise, we leave ourselves vulnerable to temptation. That is Satan’s plan of attack to tempt us and make us sick! Last, thing is to pray about self-responsibility and be willing to fight the good fight of faith through the mindset of prayer and right (positive) thinking.

It just takes you to make the decision to act in faith to make a change to improve for your life. I can tell you first hand that without prayer I would not be where i am today. Without faith in God the only place I would be, is standing in doubt and i would not of been able to stop binge eating.You don’t want to be stuck in doubt forever. Right?
That’s why I decided to create a real food real faith challenge. It’s not about following a REAL strict path of dieting but instead we look at our faith and our Christian lifestyle as a whole. This is similar to prayer and fasting without feeling that this healthy eating journey is going to be too extreme like what most people would think. Your practice is about relaxing, by getting away from stress and the busyness of life by finding peace and a calm in the presence of God. In your quiet time begin to humbly ask God what you are hoping to see change. Do you want negative emotions to slip away? Do you want a deeper desire to pray more? Do you want help to have more self-confidence? You get what it mean right? Dieting is so much more than just seeing your weight change or seeing your cravings stop. For this reason we need to commit to pray everyday.
But you might be thinking how and what to pray for? Just start talking to God about your commitment to stop eating junk food. Pray to God about the will to get rid of sugar cravings. Pray to God in faith about what kind of results you are expecting. Pray to God about the healings you are hoping for. Pray to God to strengthen your health and focus on your health and not your (weight) appearance.
For myself I realized that when I was able to take my eyes off of me and fix my eyes on Christ (my book Fixing My Fattening Life) that my healing and strength grew tremendously. So you first need to pray in faith that you want a deeper desire to grow in your relationship with Jesus. Jesus will surely fix you! Your healer will make it all possible for you to stop binge eating.
Let’s take a look on some very important words to carry you through your challenge to grow in Christ. We want to lean on Jesus with our burdens, your Prince of Peace. He is the only one who can fill your emptiness with peace. It’s when we lack peace that we lose hope and so keep this message first and foremost as your first step to stay running the race to your healer.
Remember we need to first know that we are able to adapt to God’s ways. That is a promise in the bible. So when we get rid of bad unhealthy food we will focus on the healthy version of food that we find satisfying. It’s when we gain divine power over “strongholds” that we start to feel physically and emotionally better. Our challenge is to get rid of the reasoning in our mind of “why” we might not want to quit. [For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy stronghold. 2Cor10:4] What reasoning your might ask. It’s the reasoning going on inside my mind, “well just have a little piece it won’t hurt.” Or here’s another one, “there’s just one piece left, I guess I should eat it to get rid of it and then i just won’t buy anymore.” We have a tendency to minimize the problem. Sound familiar?
So what is the main reason I want to offer the real food real faith challenge is because I know sugar is toxic in plain english. It destroys our health, it destroys our emotions and our thinking. Sugar is poison and this is not just the white granulated stuff that pours out of a sugar bowl. Sugar or what I call BAD CARBS and it comes in so many forms and we crave it more and more. It’s the white stuff that we crave such as: chips, crackers, muffins, pasta, rice, cookies, cake, french fries, you get the picture. If the food is NOT whole food and not refined then it is good for you and I want to help.
That’s why it’s so important to find a special time and place where you can meditate on God’s word. Consider starting your special time with God by listening a worship song especially worship music. I recommend beginning with the song “The Voice of Truth.
Next if you do decide to commit, get out a piece of paper or a journal and write what you are expecting as a result of fasting and eating only healthy food. Write this bible verse in your journal. Pray about your every need and ask in faith for help with binge eating. Ask God to bless you with a humble mind and a desire to seek holiness in your heart.
In closing as you are in the process of learning, growing and changing it’s not what you are doing with food thats make all the difference, it’s what you are becoming. As you become mentally, spiritually and physically strong you will see why learning, growing and changing is so much more valuable than fighting with that number on the scale. It’s not so much about what you do at the gym or what foods you choose to eat. Instead, the key here is who you are becoming on the inside. This is a clear description of a life transformation. Today's Christian weight loss program is the practice of exercising our faith to cleanse our heart, soul and mind. For years we have been victims of toxic thoughts running through our head, toxic foods getting in our body from junk food and toxic relationships we have allowed to fill our lives.
Let us come to the Father and pray to cleanse us in ways we might of not been aware of until today. Let's learn about the benefits of food God created for wholesome living so that we can break free from binge eating and have better control to make wise choices of our eating habits.
Here are my Top 12 detox foods that come from God to help stop binge eating on junk food.
Blueberries are truly one of the most powerful healing foods, blueberries contain natural aspirin that helps lessen the tissue-damaging effects of chronic inflammation, while lessening pain. Blueberries also act as antibiotics by blocking bacteria in the urinary tract, thereby helping to prevent infections. They also have antiviral properties and help to block toxins from crossing the blood-brain barrier to gain access to the delicate brain.
Apples help to stop binge eating, because apples are high in pectin, a type of fiber that binds to cholesterol and heavy metals in the body, they help eliminate toxic build up and to cleanse the intestines. Feel satisfied before you start eating your next meal.
Avocados. We rarely think of avocados as a cleansing food but these nutritional powerhouses lower cholesterol and dilate blood vessels while blocking artery-destroying toxicity. Avocados contain a nutrient called glutathione, which blocks at least thirty different carcinogens while helping the liver detoxify synthetic chemicals.
Beans. Try eating Hummus by adding to your next meal since they loaded with fiber that helps lower cholesterol, cleanses the intestines and regulates blood sugar levels. Legumes also help protect the body against cancer.
Cooked Beets. I love to cook beets in a saucepan on the stove top in 3 cups of filtered water and I then add 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and sweeten with 4-6 envelopes of Whole Earth natural NO chemical NO calorie sweetener. contain a unique mixture of natural plant compounds that make them superb blood purifiers and liver cleansers.
Cabbage. Cabbage contains numerous anticancer and antioxidant compounds and helps the liver break down excess hormones. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice (not the bottled variety) to pure water, salads and plain yogurt to support your cleansing efforts on a daily basis.

Today's prayer is for those who seem to be caught up on the roller coaster ride of extreme eating (see example) when I would binge eat and then workout really hard OR decide I would skip meals to avoid weight gain after overeating.
Mainly the feeling of being obsessed with food needs to diminish as we seek God in prayer. The more you spend time in HUMBLE prayer the more likely you will receive the fruit of the Holy Spirit when you talk to God about how much you long for self-control.

Some people don't know where to start to pray or even know what to ask for, so let this prayer be the beginning of knowing what to ask God for in faith.
This is how to pray to control eating. My prayer life has been my number one means of healing to overcome overeating and avoid gaining weight. We all know how horrible it is to lose weight and then beat ourselves up for overeating. Our transition is a process of progress. What we need to try to do is take our struggles to God and ask him to stabilize our eating behaviors.Truth is most of us don't know how to pray or what exactly what we should be praying for. So I hope this prayer will not only inspire you but will motivate you to pray more often.
I know this too well! You know about the challenge of social get togethers. Well temptation of food and overeating was and is always my BIGGEST CHALLENGE! It happened every time I got invited to go out to eat with friends because after all give me friends with delicious food and I want FUN!
While waiting for my meal, here comes the waitress and brings over that wonderful warm white bread in a basket and she places it on the table. We promise ourselves “JUST A SMALL PIECE” but then we give into eating the bread and eating way too much. Yup I found myself overeating even before the plate (entree’) was placed in front of me. The next day i’d tell myself, “that's OK I'll just work out an extra hour at the gym.” Yes, that’s right! So tomorrow I'm gonna hit the gym I'll just run 3 or 5 extra miles on the treadmill.
We need prayer Especially when there's a special event coming or Holiday coming or even when weekends come. You know how it is, we have that set thought (MINDSET) that we're going to do good all week and then when the weekend comes we sabotage it by overeating. Right? The mindset has to change. Truth is we have a way of telling ourselves we deserve it or we can always make up for the eating out of control another way.
That’s why a food plan and diet's don’t work. We need our mindset about food to change and learn the steps to take you there to break bad habits. We can then learn how to move our foods around, yes we just learn how to REARRANGE the food so we are not so vulnerable when we are in these types of social gatherings. I have so many ways to prepare and be on my guard and if I do by chance endure a "shortcoming. 2 COR 12: 9 And He has said to me: “My grace is sufficient (more than enough) for you. For My power is perfected in weakness”. Therefore most-gladly I will rather boast in my weaknesses in order that the power of Christ may dwell upon me.

He doesn’t THROW US OUT when we are broken…He TAKES US IN!
We are never too broken, too bad, too lost, too wounded, too handicapped, too stained, too young, too old, too uneducated, too poor, too dirty, too weak, too alone, for God to use.
He DELIGHTS in doing extraordinary things through ordinary people because that helps His flame to spread even more…that helps more and more people to be attracted to HIM (and not merely to us) so that more and more people can have Him play His music, his songs of LOVE through them as well!
Does this seem impossible to you right now? It should not because God wants to lift your burden and bless you with good health. We just need to grow in faith and keep asking God and doing our part to change our focus. So, let’s change our focus in prayer. Pray with me won't you?

I declare victory over you today that you will make a wise decision to protect yourself with food that God created with His own hands. I declare to you Oh Heavenly Father that you will fill our hearts, minds and tummy’s with your love and help us to stop overeating and control eating. THE SERENITY PRAYER:
I learned of the serenity prayer when I was a little girl at overeaters anonymous meetings and it has been such a big help for me to lose weight. The serenity prayer is a way to meditate where I can take the time for self examination and really look at what's going on in my life and the things that I have a hard time to accept. The serenity prayer helps me to get over temptation when I am willing to turn to God and ask him to give me the courage to change the things that I can.
"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things we can and the wisdom to know the difference." (we pray this prayer to grow wise to make "WISE" choices)
The serenity prayer has been around for years and helps us to meditate on our need to examine WHY we overeat. It is the path that leads us to understand our need to control our eating. It's ok to accept that overeating is a form of food addiction and this habit can be broken with God's comfort, healing and guidance through prayer.

We learn how important it is in the Bible to stay alert by staying constant contact with God by our willingness to invite the Holy Spirit. First and foremost we need to make the decision to have the willingness to practice daily self-examination by thinking about what we are thinking. We need to feel that God cares about what we are feeling. We need to come to terms with our poor eating habits and the effects it has on our mood, our health and our faith, so don't feel funny about talking to God about your hidden (special treats). Here's why.
When we begin to think about our eating habits we discovered mindsets that cause us to fall into repeated traps.This is the POWER of the Holy Spirit doing a work in us, revealing and enabling us to be more sensitive about our needs of our eating habits. As a result we discover the mindsets that cause us to fall into repeated traps. (the CRAZY & CRIPPLING diet roller coaster)
I called these mindsets "negative mindsets." Some of these mindsets might be mindsets of minimizing a problem or the idea of putting off a problem for a while also known as procrastination. Are you eating because your board and it taste good which brings you comfort?
We might fall into a trap of thinking it’s OK to go off and eat junk food while ignoring the fact of the roller coaster ride of blood sugar highs and lows will and can turn into a much bigger problem. Many of us become addicted to chips, chocolate and french fries with lots of ketchup and then we have brain fog and that affects our moods making us mentally tired. This is where the FUN about eating stops.

So let’s bring our needs before the Lord and begin to learn, grow and change. And may you find yourself consumed with the Holy Spirit and the blessings of God. Look, it’s easy to set a big goal but achieving it is another story.

Usually, after you a set a huge goal, you realize the size
and work required to complete the goal. Then, doubt enters your mind.
The fear of looking like a failure creeps into your brain.
You begin to doubt that feeling amazing about yourself
and perhaps excited about
your food, mood and faith is even possible.

Think back to a time you had a project that you craved the result.
You knew if it happened, everything would change in your life.
You might have made an outline and took tons of notes.
If you really prepared, you probably even bought a few books,
courses or talked with people who are already doing it.
But then, three to six months go by and you realize you
haven’t made any progress at all. Trust me, I’ve walked the same walk...
Be Careful About Over ThinkingComplexity is the enemy of execution. If you have a big goal
or project you want to complete, don’t focus too much on the end goal.
Otherwise, it’s easy to feel stressed, overwhelmed, and become paralyzed with fear.
This leads to never taking action in the first place.
Instead of feeling overwhelmed, chunk it down with
creating small steps that will help you achieve the goal.
Achieving these healthy goals will build confidence and momentum.
As the great Mark Twain said, “The secret of getting ahead is getting started. The secret of getting started is breaking your complex, overwhelming tasks into small, manageable tasks, and then starting on the first one.” This allows you to make progress and get satisfaction each time you complete a mini goal. Each mini goal completed also releases the feel-good
chemical dopamine which motivates you to keep going.
So why do you and so many others over think in the first place?
My guess, the fear of looking like a failure.

When I am struggling with food temptation do I ever imagined that life could be different? I have thoughts running through my mind such as, "there’s no way out". I believed what my thoughts were telling me because I felt sure of it.
When we are in the midst of a battle (a struggle with food) this is the way we often think. Sooner or later I came me to realize that I was letting my feelings determine how I was going to live. But feelings are only feelings and the fact of the matter can be much different.Why? Truth is my feelings changed, but facts do not change.
I know there had to be a solution to my struggle with food. I knew that there had to be a solution in a way that’s not my way because my way does not work. I became willing to let go and let the power of the Holy Spirit take charge of my life to guide me in a new direction.
Giving up control means I am willing to learn, grow and change from someone who can teach me a "NEW" way. It is as I grow and change that I get to experience a broader path and new opened doors. I find my joy expands in ways I didn’t know exist and my usefulness to others increases. Soon I find myself no longer stuck in my OWN little world of frustration but my world becomes like God's world, a world as I know is limitless.
I turn my concerns over to God at this moment. I trust that the answers will come in with a new awareness of a deeper understanding of what his will is for me. I find comfort in the Holy Spirit. Thank you for this reminder. In Jesus name Amen

3 Keys to overcome food temptation
*** In this video I will discuss how to stop eating junk food for good using our faith. We need to grow strong on the inside through growth and development in order to achieve strength to resist craving junk food For Good! So I am stressing upon personal growth and development to shape and change who we are on the inside and then weight-loss will begin to come.
When weight loss begins to come we noticed these changes that are taking place in the way we think. We find that negative thoughts we once had about ourselves and about life begins to slowly roll off our shoulders.
Frustration we once had slips away and soon you have a NEW found freedom from junk food.
So take out a piece of paper as you read this blog and listen to the video. Once you are serious enough to do so, I encourage you to write down thoughts by answering to these vital questions.
If I was to spend time with you in a private coaching session what would you rather have me do? Go over all the foods that you should eat or junk food you should not eat? Or would you rather talk about personal experience and how to GROW in your faith and CHANGE to be STRONGER on the inside? WHY?
Well what’s more important than just tracking food or tracking your calories would be to track what your thoughts are when it comes to your weight-loss goals. Write about the very things that are happening in your life all around you. Write your temptations, triumphs and feelings.
Strategy # 1 How do you estimate what is self-worth?
You need to examine your self worth. Do you value who you are? How and Why? This is how...it’s when you discover God’s deep love for you. . God wants to spend time with you and the only way to discover how much he loves you is by putting aside “special” time to worship him alone and enjoy that fellowship with him. Then of course reading the Bible and I suggest writing a bible verse or two to meditate on. Write your own daily devotional. As for prayer you can sing your prayers to God and be filled with the Holy Spirit through worship music.
My suggestion today is for you to get in your closet with God, be it in your car or a walk in the county and listen to a song entitled “WHO AM I”. (more than once) Then write a few thoughts and feelings that you came to during your time with him. Write a prayer or whatever comes to you and this is how to stop eating junk food for good by exercising your faith.

Write at least one bible verse in your weight loss journal per day so that your brain can download the message into your spirit. Use the POWER of God’s word in your prayers and you will see yourself changing on the outside and the inside.
